My friend, Garth Vallely, has moved on to his well-deserved reward in heaven. My fondest memories include working with Garth and Major Brad Smith (we were called the Three Amigos) to establish the homeless shelter. I was so honoured to be his speechwriter for a Provincial and Civic election. Knowing Garth, he is making the transition to heaven much easier for the Humbolt Broncos players and personnel. We have lost a great man. I love you big guy and I grieve for your family's loss.
