Dear donna and family;
On behalf of the CSE Retirees' Association, please accept our sincere condolences on Brian's passing. Brian was well known to many of our members. I knew him personally both in the Navy and at CSE. He was a good shipmate and an excellent colleague. He was always a friendly, outgoing person. His name will be added to our Memorial List. He will be remembered.
