Theresa passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at the age of 89 years. She was born in Buckley, Flintshire, North Wales to George and Theresa Fellows, the 8th of 12 children. Theresa was predeceased by Nathaniel, her husband of 57 years. Left to cherish her memory are her 5 children, Julie Knight, Brian Chalmers, Graham Chalmers, Linda (Connor) Mulligan, Sharon (Curtis) Parisian along with 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. A Service to honour Theresa's life will be held at Temple Baptist Church, 606 - 7 Street SW, Medicine Hat, on Monday, September 23, 2013 at 1 o'clock p.m. with a lunch to follow. The family wishes to thank the wonderful, caring staff of the Medicine Hat Hospital for their care of Theresa. She will be sorely missed and fondly remembered.
