Condolences

Condolence From: Vic & Flo Boyko
Condolence: Our most sincere sympathy Dave and Sue and family at the loss of your dear Mom & Grandma.
We always enjoyed having a wee visit with Em whenever she was here in Ottawa visiting with you, always so gracious. A most warm memory is of trading our homemade raspberry jam with your Mom, for her delicious Chokecherry jelly! Em was a fine lady.
With our love,
Vic & Flo. xx

Condolence: Dear Dave,

So sorry about your mum. She seemed like an absolutely wonderful person to have met. So determined and full of life. Heaven will be better for her being there.
Hugs to you, Sue and your family.

Condolence: Dear David, Susan and family,

Wow, David, I see a strong family resemblance! And not just in physical features, but in determination, good humour and an unflagging positive outlook. What a wonderful mother you and your sister were blessed with.
Warmest condolences,
Linda and Don Thom

Condolence: I see your mum in your smile, Dave. She was clearly a woman of grit and fortitude and, from the sounds of it, some wit too! Wishing you and your extended family comfort and peace.

Condolence: Dear Dave, Susie and Family,

I was so sorry to hear about your Mum. It is always hard to lose someone close to you, that's for sure. I love the picture you chose for this page; she looks like someone you'd love to sit down and share a cup of tea with -- maybe even play a few hands of cards!

Dave, you and your sister did a lovely job with the write up. She would be so proud of you!

With love, Cathryn Ward

Condolence From: Sheila Dietrich
Condolence: Your Mum and I volunteered together at the food bank for 10 years. During that time we became very good friends.
She really was a supreme volunteer: cancer clinic, The Post, blood donor clinic, bingo for VON, food bank and the church. She was exceptionally good to our priests and seminarians.
She loved to talk about her grandchildren and her visits to your families.
The write up in the paper was well done.
I am so sorry that I am not able to attend her funeral. I would have liked to meet all of you.
May she rest in peace.
