Obituary for Eleanor "Jean" Scott (Stevens)
Eleanor "Jean" Scott of Medicine Hat, beloved wife of the late Robert "Bob" Scott, passed away on Tuesday, May 17th, 2016 at the age of 75 years. Jean leaves to cherish her memory her children, Randy (Joce) Scott and their daughters, Danielle and Jannell of Calgary and Sandy (Randy) Noble and their children, Kayla, Jared and Randall of Medicine Hat; her siblings, Merle Davies, Val Albertson, both of Medicine Hat, Allan (Kathy) Stevens of Calgary, George (Fran) Stevens of Edmonton and Ken Stevens of Calgary; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Jean was predeceased by her husband, Bob Scott on May 20th, 2001; her mother, Ethel Stevens on January 25th, 1970; and her father Jesse Stevens on April 30th, 1993; and two brothers-in-law, Tom and Bill. Jean was born on April 8th, 1941 in Medicine Hat, moved across country as well as France, while father was in RCAF. She met and married Bob Scott on May 14th, 1960 in Ontario. She moved back to Medicine Hat in 1972 where she was employed in banking and several other happy places. Each of Jean's grandchildren were very special in their own way to her and she tried to spend lots of time with them. She bids you all farewell and God bless her children and grandchildren. There will be no funeral service, at Jean's request.
