Obituary for Betty May Lawson (Robinson)
Betty May Lawson (nee Robinson) was born in Toronto, Ontario on April 2nd, 1924 and passed away in Medicine Hat on Friday, April 15th, 2016 at the age of 92 years. Betty was the beloved wife of the late Peter Lawson and they were married for 67 years before his passing. Betty leaves to cherish her memory her three sons, Andy Lawson (Jackie Waggoner), David (Carol) Lawson, and Robert (Terry) Lawson; six grandchildren, Lisa (Miles) Lutz, Corey (Leeann) Fisher, Jason Lawson (Marcie Henke), Krista (Derek) Notenbomer, Lee Lawson (Ashleigh Schneider) and Devin Lawson; nine great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Tina Lobinsoff; and many nieces and nephews. Betty was predeceased by her son, Peter James Lawson; parents, James and Nessie Robinson; two brothers, Robert and Ronald; as well as Peter’s siblings, Florence, Mike, Marion and Brilliant.
