To all the family members, my heart aches that I am unable to be with you today as you celebrate Barb's life, share memories, and share tears as you morn her passing. Barb has a special place in my heart as I reflect back on my youth and all the time I spent in her home. I was always welcomed as one of the family and always felt loved and valued by her. She was always willing to open her heart and home to anyone and everyone! I admired her strength and faith as she battled the obstacles in her life! I believe everyone who had the privilege to know her, loved and admired her. She will be missed by all of us left behind, but I know she is welcomed with love, joy and open arms by those who have gone ahead. I am confident she has earned a special place in the Celestial Kingdom and that right now, the Lord is saying to her "well done thou good and faithful servant, come and rejoice with me In the Kingdom of our Father!"
