Memories of Lynall

Growing up, you were like a mystery man. Aunti Muriel would drop in to tell Mom and Dad she had heard from you, the tea/coffee pot would come out and your news would be shared. Not a holiday went by without news from Lynall, if there wasn't news, everyone was worried. Did he get hurt on the job again? Maybe he went to Hawaii early, I sure there is a good reason, but, they worried non the less until someone contacted you. You were a good friend/relative of my Dad, every now and then a story would come out about your two antics, you guys were up to no good. Ha ha. His face would light up with these stories. I got to meet you at last 20 some years ago, we had lunch at the train station in Montreal, not sure how or why, but you were not a stranger, I knew you! Thank you for being you, a very nice man. I'm sure there are a lot of people happy to see you once again, I know Dad is smiling, bet Aunti Muriel and Gramma are also. Maybe in 20 some odd years we'll meet again
