1977 ~ Tara Blacharczyk ~ 2021
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Tara Phelan Blacharczyk, beloved daughter of Frank Blacharczyk and Patricia Hannah; dear mother of Xavier Blacharczyk; treasured grand-daughter of Joan Hannah; much loved sister of Caitlin, Nicole (Christopher), and Tony; and loved partner of Dean Watkins. Tara is fondly remembered by her uncle, David Hannah; (Carlie Ritch); aunt, Anna Alexander (Steve U’ren); nieces and nephews, Finley, TJ, Molly, Lennon, and Alfie; cousins, Catherine and Elizabeth; and extended family and friends. Special thanks to Chuck and Mary Ellen Watkins, Chris and Jennifer Watkins and Sam Hughes-Martin. A celebration of Tara’s life will be held At SAAMIS MEMORIAL FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1 Dunmore Road SE, Medicine Hat, AB on Saturday, October 16th, 2021 at 11:00 am with Life Celebrant, Lynett Getz. The family requests that those planning to attend must be able to provide valid proof of vaccination. Current Covid-19 restrictions will also be implemented. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Tara’s memory to support initiatives for Mental Health and Addiction.

On ripened grain, I am the gentle
Autumn rain. When you awaken in the
morning hush, I am the swift, uplifting
