Mary Linda Koenig of Medicine Hat passed away on Sunday, June 20th, 2021 at the age of 79 years. Linda leaves to cherish her memory her four children, Peter (Debbie) Cummins, Paul Cummins, Nancy Romanchuk and Randy Cummins (Alex Aleksyuk); grandchildren; great - grandchildren; and one great - great grandchild all of Medicine Hat; two brothers, Peter Hosking and George Hosking of Nova Scotia. Linda was predeceased by her husband, Harry Koenig; son, George; her mother and father, George and Mary Hosking. Linda was a caterer for many years in Redcliff and for a few years at the Medicine Hat curling club. She also loved to go camping out at Cavan Lake in the summer. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at SAAMIS MEMORIAL FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1 Dunmore Road SE, Medicine Hat, AB on Saturday, June 26th, 2021 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Due to Covid-19 restrictions a private Graveside Service will be held at Hillside Cemetery, 1280 10th Ave SW MEDICINE HAT, AB, on Monday, June 28th, 2021 with Pastor Shane Hein officiating.
