Cameron Duane Bentley the 3rd (with a high kick), Roset was born in Edmonton, Alberta on December 9, 1975. He leaves behind his heartbroken parents, Duane and Marilyn (Severin) Roset; his two brothers, Trenton and Anne-Marie (Palladino) Roset; nephews, Gibson and Jude; Tyson and Sara (Gerling) Roset and their children Ocean and Sahara; one sister, Chelsea and her husband, Travis Siggelkow. His great aunts and many close families mourn his untimely loss.

Cam is fiercely mourned by his loving wife Vanessa (Michaud), whom he married on March 28, 2014. He will also be dearly missed by Vanessa’s twin sister, Pricilla Michaud and nephew Solomon and by the rest of her family. This includes her parents, Romain and Francine Michaud; brother Jason Michaud and nephews, Gabriel and Charles; brother, Rob Nova (Michaud) and Katya and children Zion, Phoenix, and Aluna; youngest brother, Jesse Michaud; as well as sister, Angie and Sebastien Berube and their children Jakob, Estevan, and Oshaan.

Cam was educated in Medicine Hat and graduated from the University of Alberta. A prolific musician, he loved to make and teach music, and always sought ways to bring it into the lives of his friends and family. He brought positivity and joy into every encounter and was loved by all who knew him. His beautiful life was cut short Sunday October 18, 2020. He will forever be remembered as one who brought light and laughter to every conversation. Until we meet again Cameron, rest safely in the arms of Jesus. Condolences may be sent through or to subject heading Cameron Roset.

So sad to hear this news today. I knew Cam when he was a music teacher at Marymount Academy in Montreal. He was a good egg.
I am so sorry for your loss.
My deepest condolences to the whole Roset family.
Too soon to lose him.

Marilyn and Duane;
My heart hurts when thinking about your loss of Cameron. At our stage of life we are somewhat prepared to cope with the loss of parents and friends of our own generation but I can't imagine the grief that the loss of a son must cause. George found about your loss through social media and passed the information on to me. My prayer is that your family look to the amazing and everlasting love, strength, and comfort of our God. He will be there for you. Blessings and love to you and your family. Shiela Lange (nee Mikolas)
