Message: On behalf of the Medicine Hat Community Housing Society, please accept this donation in memory of Mr. Garth Vallely. Garth was very involved in the advocacy and leadership work associated with advancing affordable housing efforts in our community. His contribution, personal investment and determination to do whatever it takes to support those who are vulnerable, helped garner much needed community support, and heighten understanding of the importance of safe and affordable housing for all.

Message: My friend, Garth Vallely, has moved on to his well-deserved reward in heaven. My fondest memories include working with Garth and Major Brad Smith (we were called the Three Amigos) to establish the homeless shelter. I was so honoured to be his speechwriter for a Provincial and Civic election. Knowing Garth, he is making the transition to heaven much easier for the Humbolt Broncos players and personnel. We have lost a great man. I love you big guy and I grieve for your family's loss.
