Vernice Balon
Vernice “Nana” Balon of Medicine Hat, passed away on Monday, September 25th, 2017 at the age of 90 years. Vernice leaves to cherish her memory one son, Gordon Balon of Hemet, California; and two daughters, Candiace (Alan) Haag and Meridel (Craig) Deschner, both of Medicine Hat; daughter-in-law, Teri Balon of Eckville, Alberta; eight grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren; and three brothers. The Memorial Service will be held at the WUERFEL AUDITORIUM, 1720 Bell Street SW, on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Bob Findley officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Vernice's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
