Lawrence "Larry" Woitowich, beloved husband of Laura Woitowich of Medicine Hat, passed away on Tuesday, April 28th, 2015 at the age of 74 years. Larry also leaves to cherish his memory three children, Tim of Medicine Hat, Gary of Innisfail, and Leslie Redshaw of Beaumont; eleven grandchildren, Logan, Shelby, Levi, Morgan, Nicholas, Carrigan, Nathan, Amanda, Reign, Brayden and Kristina; brothers, Clarence, Jim, Andy (Jackie), John (Ann) and Melven (Sara); sisters, Jean (Morrice), Pearl (Louis), Barb, Liz (Steve) and Lucy; in-laws, Bill (Coby), Teresa, Lou (Millie), Sid (Barb) and Ron; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and special friends, Jim and Debbie Schaap. Larry was predeceased by his parents, William and Clara; his son, Kenneth in 1982; his mother and father-in-law; and numerous brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Larry was born in Port Arthur, Ontario (Thunder Bay) where he was raised and attended school. He always worked in construction owning and operating gravel trucks. He also drove taxi. Larry loved attending his grandchildren’s sporting activities, tinkering in the garage, and the company of family and friends. He will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by all.
